Fresh PEI mussels steamed then simmered in our Franks chili lime sauce. Served with grilled pan bread

Granville Cheese Croquettes 

Provolone and cheese croquettes and micro greens served with Dijon maple chutney.

Stuffed Baby Yorkies      

Baby Yorkshire puddings are stuffed with shaved beef and topped with horseradish mayo and pan jus for dipping.

Jerk Chicken Poutine

Yam Fries topped with Quebec cheese curds and Caribbean jerk chicken and finished with a light Jerk cream drizzle. 

Artisan Grilled Cheese Trio

A sample board of Buffalo chicken, Caprese and bacon Guacamole grilled cheese starter sized sandwiches. Served with a dipping pot of tomato soup. 

Garlic Truffle Frites

Shoestring fries drizzled with white truffle oil, slivered fresh garlic, cracked black pepper and Grana Padano Parmesan cheese. 

Baked Artichoke & Spinach Dip         

Artichokes, spinach and roasted garlic with Mascarpone and Parmesan cheese, mayo and sour cream. Served with pan seared flatbread wedges.

Marinated Dry Pork Ribs

Tender pork sirloin pieces marinated in our signature blend of ingredients. Served with ranch and veggies.

Sambal Pepper Calamari      

Spicy Sambal Olek marinated baby squid in a light salt & pepper breading with green & red peppers, green onion and black sesame seeds. Served with Tzatziki sauce.

Nachos by the Foot       

Yellow and red corn tortillas covered in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses then topped with fresh ripe tomatoes, green onions and jalapenos. Garnished with fresh salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

Dungeness Crab Cakes    

Handmade Dungeness crab cakes pan seared and served with jalapeno buerre blanc, sautéed pea shoots and topped with papaya relish. 

Pub Style Chicken Wings

Chicken wings lightly fried then sauced in your choice of BBQ, Buffalo or Mango Bourbon then baked. Served with zucchini and carrot sticks and ranch dip.

Unique blend of snow crab, asparagus, Guinness stout, cream and cheddar cheese. Served with a sharp cheddar cheese stick. 

Hearty Beef & Barley Soup          

A rich hearty broth of beef sirloin, carrot, onions and celery finished with pearl barley and Smokey chipotle peppers. Served with a sharp cheddar cheese stick. 

Roasted Chicken & Fig Greens

Tender roasted chicken breast with straw vegetables, crisp garlic chips, sundried cranberries, goats cheese, avocado in a kaffir lime vinaigrette and drizzled with a balsamic fig reduction 

Heirloom Tomato & Salmon Salad      

Seared Atlantic salmon with heirloom tomatoes, micro greens, fresh dill, Turmeric onions and finished with white balsamic vinaigrette. 

House Greens 

Baby micro greens and green leaf lettuce is tossed in our raspberry vinaigrette the garnished with beet zest, peppers, cucumber and fresh tomato. 

Traditional Caesar Salad  

Crisp romaine lettuce tossed in our garlicky homemade dressing and garnished with fresh shaved Asiago cheese, croutons, lemon and served with garlic pan bread.

Turkey Strawberry & Brie Sandwich  

Roast turkey breast, green leaf lettuce, tomato, creamy Canadian Brie cheese, fresh strawberries and mayo served on toasted sourdough 

Fried Egg BLT 

Classic BLT sandwich with a twist, topped with fresh avocado slices, a fried sunny side egg and finished with spicy chipotle mayo.  

Margarita Chicken Wrap   

Jalapeno, cilantro and Tequila marinated chicken breast is grilled and served in a spinach tortilla with suey choy, leaf lettuce, tomato, red onion and slightly spicy Serrano pepper sauce 

Kildares Truffle Burger   

This loaded masterpiece is packed full of fresh ground beef, herbs and spices then seared and topped with cheddar cheese and sautéed field mushrooms and finished with white truffle aioli. 

Black Angus Steak Sandwich 

A tender 7oz Certified Black Angus sirloin is grilled to your liking then topped with sautéed mushrooms and crisp onion strings. Served on garlic pan bread. 

Bacon Wrapped Turkey Burger    

Homemade turkey burger packed full of fresh herbs and wrapped with Smokey Canadian bacon then pan seared. Topped with melted Camembert cheese and cranberry peppercorn relish. 

Bistro Style Beef Dip  

Shaved Alberta Beef, cheddar cheese and caramelized onions fill a fresh baked onion Vienna. Served with pan jus for dipping. 

Marbled Rye Rueben  

Shaved corned beef on toasted marbled rye with smoked paprika aioli, pickled red cabbage and Swiss cheese. 

Wapiti River Venison Burger  

Ground venison burger topped with crispy fried onions, Gruyere cheese and thinly shaved pineapple. Burger bun is served with chili mayo, rocket and vine ripened tomatoes. 

Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich    

Tender chicken breast marinated in buffalo sauce then lightly breaded in Japanese Panko crumbs and fried. Topped with Monterey Jack cheese and garnished with green leaf lettuce, tomato and red onion. Served on a sesame Kaiser with buffalo mayo.

Ground bison is cooked with onions, mushrooms and red wine then topped with sweet baby peas and carrots. Topped with a golden crust of mashed Yukon potatoes, cauliflower, horseradish and butter.

Often imitated but never duplicated this signature item is packed full of tender beef sirloin, carrots, onions and mushrooms in a rich beef broth finished with Guinness stout. Topped with golden puff pastry.
